Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Kentucky

what constitutes sexual harassment?

I was recently fired after 2 1/2 years of service to a plastic surgeon, for wrong reasons, but over that time, he had kissed me many times, hugged me many times, made comments about my figure, sexual innuendo's, and even he even made comments about my teenage daughter. even though I am no longer employed there, I was wondering if I still have rights? Also, during those times, I felt if I had said anything to him about not liking his actions he would have fired me then or would have found some other reason, because I needed my job too much, and he owned the practice. He also did this to other women as well. I would love any feedback.
