Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

My father pasted away 2 years ago with no will. My father has 2 other kids with 2 other women. My mother and father lived together for 24 years before he past and were never legally married. The question is in the state of Kentucky what legal rights do she has even though the house was in his name all the bills were and still are in her name. The second part to this question is the house went through probate, me and my brothers decided to make my brother in charge of my dads affairs the question is if the house was divide and me and my two brothers are suppose to be all co-owners of said house would only own one person be listed as the owner or would they all be listed?

In what county in KY did your father pass away? You need to speak to an attorney in that county who handles the probate of estates.
