Bankruptcy

A former creditor has filed suit for a debt that was legally discharged under chapter 13. Can I counter sue for damages, I.E. lost time from work, mileage, etc.?

Re: Bankruptcy If it was discharged as opposed to your case being dismissed,you can sue them in BK court for violation of the discharge injunction....
