Non Profit Organization Definition
I am the secretary of a homeowners association; we are considering leasing our clubhouse out as office space. We are a non-profit organization. Can we do this and still remain a non-profit organization? No board member is paid a salary and all the money would go back towards maintaining and/or improving our properties.
