Is there a statute of limitations for contractor fraud

You have 10 years to sue under any contract for non-performance or any reason. Fraud can actually extend the prescriptive period to make it even longer, but it would depend on the facts. Still, 10 years from the date you signed the contract is the normal time period you have to sue on any contract.
