Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana

I was looking for a PitBull pup from a great breeder. I came accross ontherisepitbulls. they had 2 pups for sale on their web site. Both of them from their breeding lines. They put the pupson their web page to help a friend sell her pups Bred by them. We talked to the owner she assured us of pups registration,breeding we paid her through Pay Pal975.00 went to pick up pup No papers with the dog of any kind.there was a billof lating which said the dog shiped was a Lab/Mix. A Vet is susposed to give a complete physical for pup to Fly. There were no dates of shotsor anything on this paper but a Vets Signiture nothing elce.We kept asking past owner for papers she inplayed her secretary sent them out on3/22/2013 Neverrecieved anything Reported it to Pay Pal for false advertisment. They gave money back becouse she was found at fault.Now past owners keep calling saying they are comming to get their pup. Everything from the get go seemed shady what are our rights Vet cert was illegal kind of dog sent not right still have nothing about pup what do you think can they come get pup even if sold illegally ETC:Please help I live on SSdisability.

Of course you have to give the animal back. You were refunded your money. You can't get a refund AND keep the dog.
