Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana

My son did s roof repair for a very sweet elderly women she's of sound mind an had really taken a likened to him and want to give him her original garage kept 1928 model a Ford coupe she's 90 years old and I don't no how to due this legally please advise

They just need an Act of Donation. I would suggest they both go to one of those auto title transfer places like ABC Title or Sears. Their fees are usually reasonable, they have the forms and notaries there, and you don't have to wait like the OMV. If she isn't able to go to them, a notary will usually come to you for an extra fee.
