Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

I have not recieved payment for items bought and sold to customers. What are my legal rights?

Sue them. What you are describing sounds like an Open Account. If so, the Louisiana Open Account Statute awards you attorney's fees if you follow the procedures set out in the law. Since the Statute awards attorney's fees, you should be able to find an attorney to handle the matter for you. Look for an attorney in your area who handles collections. Most solo practitioners do. You have three years from the date you last gave them merchandise or extended them credit to sue.
