Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
A detective called my phone saying that a company i got fired at for a no call no show has me on camera pocketing money from a customer and that its a misdemeanor and i should come in and see him immediately or other actions will be taken. I live out of state now. Im a single mother to an 8 month old. No one can watch her i just got a new job and a new home and i dont have a vehicle to even go down there. What happens if i do go and what happens if i really cant?
