Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

My son is 19 and was put on one year probation for drug paraphnia his po is giving him so much trouble. Either me or my adult brother has been bringing him to all his appointments. Today we got to his po at 12:00 and is app was not untill 1:30 he went outside to smoke a cigerate and missed his name being called he went to front desk and told them they said he had to be last to be seen we understood we waited until 3:45 and asked when was he going to be seen they told him she would not see him today that we had to go back tomorrow then on top of that he has been assigned the drug patch that he has to pay 55.00 every Friday they told him that he has not beed getting them he showed them the patch on his leg and they did not even want to listen. What do u think is going on I think she is making it difficult so he can stay on probation what should he do and can he change is po

First, get receipts for everything, drug patches, etc. Make an appointment to see the PO's supervisor. Misdemeanor probation is run by the DA. Ultimately you may need to see him or his First Assistant.
