denist rejection

My son--name removed--dentist refused to see him claiming he was to heavy to fit in her chair and that he weighed to much. Could she do that?

She did it, so I guess the answer is yes. I firmly believe that a business person has the right to refuse service to anyone, for almost any reason. If you want a fight, then you could claim discrimination and maybe force the dentist to see your son, but do you want a dentist you sued to see your son and put drills in his mouth?
