Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Louisiana

Last night my cousins took me to a bar I used to work at to celebrate my birthday. As we we drinking our cocktails at the bar security came up to me and told me he had to escort me out. Everyone in my party thought he was mistaken, but he said that it was me he needed to escort out of the bar. When we asked what warranted this he said it was because I called the manager "a bitch" which was untrue. I do not know the manager as she was not there when I worked there, but I did have trouble with her one time when I thought I left my wallet there and I do know a few people that still work there and have great relationships with them. We figured out that as she was walking by when I was retelling a story that had the word bitch in it and she assumed that I was talking to her. Anyway, it was a hotel bar and my family and I were escorted out and needless to say I was completely humiliated not to mention had my birthday ruined! My question is if there is any legal action I can take for this rash, erroneous decision made by a lady who obviously had it out for me?

Bars have the right to refuse service to whomever they choose, so long as they do not do so based on suspect classifications (race, age, national origin, sex, religion, etc.). They don't need a reason to ask you to leave. They can ask anyone to leave with or without a "good" reason. Best advice, tell everyone you know that you were poorly treated there and to never go there.
