dwi first offense ,charges are pending for failing the urine test,with narcotics and cocaine in my system. what are my options and what will happen and what i should i do..

A first offense is a fine, cost and probation. You may be eligible for pretrial diversion which will be a probation period if completed successfully will result in charges being dismissed.
