My husbands ex is lying

My husband and his ex never married and they have a son together,she claims that he signed over his rights to his son, which never happen, I went to see if it was true for myself. What can he do about fighting for full custudy of his son??????????

I would guess there is no judgment granting either of them custody. So, he should hire an attorney and file for custody and he would probably get joint custody with either he or the mom being the domiciliary parent.

Your husband can seek joint or sole custody but having the help of an attorney would greatly improve his ability to identify realistic and cost effective goals. A judge won't like hearing that the mother is lying about parental rights.
