Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I have a judgement from 2014 that grants me a $5,000 credit due to interim support paid and it's to be applied to child support. Child support was also set in 2014. When I went back to court in Dec 2015 to get a net judgement, a new judge said I am NOT entitled to the credit from 2014 and he made the current child support executory. How can this judge cancel my judgement when nothing was appealed in the matter? What can I do? How do I get the new judgment undone? Is this legal?
