Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My son and his g/f (15yrs old) have a baby. She refused to have an abortion so her father & stepmother placed her in a maternity home for the duration of her pregnancy. They(mother and baby) have been staying with me since the baby was born in June 2009. Now her father wants to make her come back home for financial reasons such as being able to add her and the baby to their food stamp application!! Can he force her and the baby to move back home even though he has not wanted her there until now? How can I find out what the law is in Louisiana for this situation. I am worried about my granddaughter living in a situation that would not be in her best interest.

I am not trying to drum up business, but since you said she refused to have an abortion, I have a dozen very good and competent families that would take this child immediately, no questions asked! You never mentioned anything about you wanting the child, so I can and do have a family that is interested in adopting. To find out "about the law in Louisiana" all you have to do is email me.
