Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Louisiana
Hello,
Someone is using my work under his port- folio on a magazine website. It has been already more then 2 years that this person pretends to have done the design of a yacht project I designed. Is there something I can do to have his nane taken off ?

It is a copyright violation. You can send him a cease and desist letter and/or sue for damages.
