Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

I work for an employer for approximately from November 2016 to April 2017 she is refusing to give me my last paycheck because I quit I quit because working conditions were unfair we had to work it with electricity in about 3 inches of water when I would flood she's threatening me and she's making accusations against my character . I have with proof she also took 30 min out each day for break we did not get
