Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana

An act of negligence

Last Friday, a small festival was held at the university which I attend. On one ride called a gyroscope, the operator of the machine allowed students to operate it while I was riding it. I was spun head over heals for approximately 8-10 minutes. Most of the capillaries on my face busted, my eyes are now full of blood, I've had headaches for four days now, etc. Is it possible to sue the operator for negligence?

Gyroscope injuries

Yes, you may have a claim against the operator of the ride. You may also have a claim against the college and the studentswho were operating the ride. It is hard to know exactly who is to blame without some investigation. You ought to get medical care for you broken capillaries and your headaches. If the g-force you experienced on the ride couldbreak capillaries in your face, it could also cause other damage. If you would like to discuss your legal rights as a result ofthis event, I would be glad to talk to you. My office is in Euniceand my toll-free # is 1.800.256.1685.
