Legal Question
Received a letter from Stuart Allen and Assoc. claiming I owe $1300.00 for damages to a former neighbors car. She claimed I scraped her car while it was parked in the driveway. I have not received anything from anyone up until this point. I am unemployed and have no money saved. Can they have my registration and drivers liscense revoked?
