legal will for married person

Can I make a will without my spouse knowledge, and can I will property to adult child from previous marriage, but the property was bought with 2nd marriage?

Yes, your spouse need not know that you have a will. However, someone does so that when you die it can be probated. You can leave your property to anyone you want, as long as your kids are over 23 years old, otherwise there is a forced portion that goes to those under 23. Property bought during marriage in a community state belongs half to each spouse so your half can be left to anyone.
