Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

3 family member dispute over property 2 want to sell 1 does not in louisiana - yet one owns two thirds of the property. Let me add that the 2 of them are brothers and they want to sell - the other is their nephew. The one with the most interest in the property has maintained if for over 2 years now without the help of his brother of nephew. the nephew is being the difficult one.

No one can be forced to own property with another. You can either buy out the one who wants to sell or he can force a sale to get his share.
