Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

Contract dispute - Realestate

I signed a contractor with a retailer to order and purchase a modular home. The home that they built for us is not what we contracted them to build. The retailer is un-willing to return my money. I found out that the retailer has to be licensed to sell homes over $75,000.00 and he is not licensed. I am trying to get out of the contract and I want to know if a judge can make you honor the contract although the defendant is not licensed to sell modular homes over $75,000.00. He doesn't even have a retailers license. I want to know if the contract can be desolved and if I can get money back which was over $42,000.00

Re: Contract dispute - Realestate

If you did not get what you contracted for, you can have it either dissolved or get a reduction in price.
