Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

My parents have a home in Iberia Parish of Louisiana. They wish to sign over their home to me. I was wondering what is the best way of doing this. I have heard of an Act of Donation form would be my best bet. Is this true?

Yes, an Act of Donation would be cheapest and easiest.
