Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana
I own an undiveded interest in a property.A corporation owns the other 2/3.Am I free to lease my interest if they do not consent? Can htey force me off the property if I consnt to the lease?The property is in Louisiana.

You need consent of all of the owners to rent it out to a third party. Your recourse is to force a partition of the property. File a petition to partition the property and the court will have the property sold.
