Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

My dad died 20 years ago and had his olographic will in safe keeping at an attorneys office. The attorney now can not locate the original. It isn't recorded and I have a photo copy only. How can we probate the estate without the original will? Louisiana Law.

The copy is filed with affidavits to the efect that the original was properly executed, that the original is lost, and that the decedent never amended or revoked the will.
