Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My father died 3 years ago. His 5 children each inherited a home. My brothers intent was for his baby sister to inherit his home should he die. He had no wife or children. But he had no will made. Would the property go to his mother or split between remaining siblings

Siblings would inherit the property, but mother would have usufruct (use) of the property.
