Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My husband died 20 years ago without a will. My house is still in my name and my children names. Is there anyway to remove their names so I can refinance alone?

Your kids could transfer their interests to you by donation or by a sale.
Otherwise, since they are part owners, they would have to participate in the refinance.
