if i received an inheritance, from my decease father litigation suit, and tax was taking out from the final amount why is the attorney i hire to handle the estate, want to take out another, 13,000 tax as he claiming,i recieved the 1099 form stating this amount, for tax purpose when i let the attorney know about it wow he wonder why they send me a 1099, i was made representative of estate, he died with no will, i'm the daughter, he died in mississippi and i stay in new orleans

Some of the money you received may have been taxable, like money from lost income.
What you should do is talk to a tax person, and find out for sure if you will have to pay taxes on part of the award.
