Selling Land

What does the law say if a person is in owner ship with relitives and one or two want to sell their half? Do they have to sell?

While it is possible for anyone to sell their "share" of the property, no person has the right to sell another person's portion. As a practical matter this makes it almost impossible to sell this ownership of a percentage of the property.
