Legal Question
If a university fails to provide help for a learning disability and a student get suspended for alleged plagerism even though the paper was all sited. Contacted Center director for a meeting, was called the day of and meeting was cancelled- supposely she e-mailed the university library for audio books but I never heard a response back.
