You need to call the court (where you are required to appear) and tell them that you want to speak with a financial screening officer so that you can get a court-appointed attorney. Then you will have to complete a financial affidavit and get approved by this person, after which the judge will appoint an attorney to represent you without charge, assuming that you qualify.
