bought a peice of land

bought land realtor put his sign on property sold us the land we started puting a road in come to find out we was suppoes to be on the the lot next to it do we have any legal rights

Yes, you probably should bring an action against the seller and realtor for misrepresentation as well as against whoever did the closing itself for not addressing the issue. However " buyer beware" is also an issue
