Cameron is driving with his two friends en route to Virginia Beach for final summer acation before the school semester starts.A state trooper pulls Camerons car over on interstate 95 (1-95) just south of the Wilson Bridge to verbally warn Cameron about the loose bike rack on his car.The trooper approaches the drivers side of the vehicle and notices that Cameron is driving barefoot?Did Cameron violate the Maryland law by driving barefoot?

Perhaps Cameron will get an answer if he first discloses: (i) whether he was given a ticket, and (ii) what the statutory citation is on the ticket.
