Legal Question in Administrative Law in Maryland

Hello. I am lookin to get my name legally changed. This is simply to correct spelling errors made on my birth certificate (but not made on my social security card). This would simply require placing an "e" at the end of my first and middle names. Is there a service that would be able to handle this for me for free since this is simply a spelling error fix or is there someone that would be able to do this for cheap for me? Thanks.
