I have been found guilty on 10 counts of mail fraud, I spoke with an appeals atty. yesterday and he spoke with my attorney today and he said he did not think he could win because the information and how i was found guilty was bases on factual information, however, he said to continue to contact another appeals lawyer and he also said, i wish you luck, you are a very nice person. can you help me appeal?

Re: found guilty

I'd certainly be willing to take a look at the case.

You did not mention which court the case was in

or which court would be the court for the appeal.

I handle appellate matters exclusively, including

appeals to the Maryland Court of Special Appeals

and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C.

Circuit, Federal Circuit, and Fourth Circuit. If

your appeal involves any of these courts, please

contact me or have your trial attorney contact me

to discuss your case. I can review with you or

with your attorney the particulars of the case

and issues, and the details of my involvement.

Much would depend on the number and nature of the

issues you wish to raise on appeal and the nature

and extensiveness of the trial proceedings. I have

conducted appeals, including brief writing for

various appellate courts, for more than 15 years.
