If you have a written settlement agreement that says you get 5 checks x $20k/year, then that's what you get. If you have only received 4 checks, then hire an attorney, provide the attorney with your bank records showing that you have only received 4 checks. Your attorney can write a demand letter to the person or company that owes you the money. If they don't pay up, you can sue them.

Best of luck.*******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.********
