If the judge rules for a judgment, can my house, car, bank acct be compromised. Baltimore, Maryland, (my income is all gov. pensions

The judgment probably cannot reach your government pension money, but it can attach to your house, car, etc. Consult and attorney about the specifics -- I would want to see that judgment before I commented in definite terms.
