The initial corporate formation in many states does not need to publicly disclose officers, directors or shareholders. However, in order to prevent the corporation from being terminated, such information will be required on annual reports, which are public records.

The real question is why you want this anonymity. It may be possible to do it in other ways, provided it is not an effort to evade taxes or law enforcement.
