Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland

Hello,

I'm looking for a lawyer. I have a small printing business in the Silver Spring Area. I leased 2 unit from my land lord. After the lease was up, we decided to reduce our business size to 1 unit. I had an electrician came to fix our electrical in order for us to move the machines around. He found out that all the common area electrics ran into our meter, and the landlord charge us monthly on electric which included in the CAM charge. We tried to settle the matter among ourselves, but the landlord refused to communicate with us. The total of the bill is about $20,000. I already made 2 affidavits. Couple emails that the landlord admitting that he was using our electricity.

You can sue the landlord for this fraud. There are plenty of lawyers out there who would take such a case (including my law firm), assuming your evidence is good.
