What happens to Orders and Judgements predicated on law that is subsequently ove

Since the Supreme Court recently ruled that �protesters� cannot be sued under �RICO�, what happens to the cases of those protester who were sued under RICO - can they get the money they may have already paid due to the �false� rulings: the real question is what is that �doctrine� or �principle� called when such an event happens - SCOTUS overturning laws that people have reaped benefit from (i.e., are the judgements relevant to the overturned cases �poisoned� - similar to the �fruit from poisonous tree� doctrines reference to evidence.)?

No. Once the judgment is final, the res judicata effect of the judgment generally prevents it from being set aside. Any continuing injunctive relief may be subject to being vacated, however.
