Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland

I have a 17 year old son who has a special needs trust fund which has been frozen due to a court order. When we called the bank to ask who did this they would not tell me and we never recieved any notification from the bank or the other party of this event taking place. What can I do?

Who is the trustee for the special needs trust? That person is absolutely entitled to find out information from the bank. At the same time, there are probably public places that you can look as well.
