Legal Question
Am i entitled to my funds back?
I gave my roommate cash funds for a bill of mine to be paid he called and paid it over the phone. We had a disagreement and over 30 days later he called and told his credit card that he not authorize the use of his card and the funds where refunded to him. Do i have a legal right to pursue him for the return of my funds?
