Payment of a hospital bill
Our son was homeless and 18 yrs old and mentally ill. He committed suicide by jumping off a building. They worked on him for 6 hours to save his life, but he died. We knew nothing of this until a day later. Who is responsible to pay the $8,500 hospital bill? He was not on our health insurance. The hospital sent us the bill.
