Do i have a right to have my charges dismiss because of the wrong dates on my incident report and the indiment

The answer to your question is, maybe. A charging document (i.e. a document charging a criminal offense) must specifically charge the place and date of the alleged offense, if known. You definitely should seek the advice of experienced criminal law counsel.
