Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I was charged in Maryland with misdemeanor possession of Marijuana as well as misdemeanor possession of hash, both 27 grams. I was offered a plea to accept guilt for either charge my choice. I was told the Marijuana and hashish offer the same penalties which is a maximum of 2 years. Knowing I had a previous Marijuana charge, I took the hash charge I was subsequently sentenced to 4 years suspended all but 45 days. That's beyond the one year, can I fight the sentence on the plea? Below are the sections which support what I'm saying.

In Maryland, hashish and marijuana concentrates are punished at the same level as plant-form marijuana, and are Schedule I controlled hallucinogenic substances. See the Maryland marijuana penalty section for further details.
