Is this grounds for dismissal or nolle pros?

i was arrested with small zip-lock

baggies that were ''field-tested positive

for heroin.'' the lab test said the bags

contained residue presence of cocaine. i

was charged with CDS:POSSESS-NOT

MARIHUANA & CDS:POSS

PARAPHERNALIA

The mistake in the police report is probably not going to get you a nolle prosequi, but it may be the beginning of a good trial case. But with a charge like this, you should ALWAYS get an attorney, because there are many different ways to beat this charge. I would be happy to speak with you in more detail about the case.

The charging document controls the case, not the police report. However a good criminal lawyer may successfuly cross exam the police office. Don't take a chance on representing yourself on these serious charges, get a good lawyer, like myself.
