what are the charges for a stolen gun with no bullets and no intent to harm or shoot anyone or anything. just brought along as a bluff for protection.no criminal background no charges ever held against persons in court. age 18 and possibly with mental illness but has medication and take regularly. what would maxium sentence be if convicted
