Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I have a minor child with a disability that has put a friends credit card on his xbox and made purchases. He has Autism and impulse control is a big problem. The purchases were made over the span of a month because the xbox stored the card and from what I understand is very easily missed when a fee is going to be charged on the machine. There was $270 charged over this month to the credit card. Is there any special legal rights that a child with a disability has in these circumstances?

No special right(s). If found guilty, his condition might be mitigation. An experienced criminal defense attorney can help you evaluate the prosecution's case, any defenses that you might have, and any plea offer that might be made, so that you can decide whether to go to trial. Consider seeking a confidential consultation.
