i just got a DWi I blew .14. I'm not sure if i should justget the inetrlock for a yr or fight and go to court...it's my 4th one in 12 yrs. It says on the back of the temp license that you have to had declined the breathalizer or blown .15 or more. I blew .14? What do you suggest. Can I request a hearing and geta breathalizer in the menatime? Please advise. thak you kindly
